Grilled Steak


Nothing is better than a Ribeye steak fresh off the grill!  Mine was cooked medium rare and the side dishes were grilled asparagus and long grain and wild rice.

The steaks were dusted with Szeged Steak Rub, garlic salt and pepper.  The rice was Uncle Ben's and here's the asparagus recipe.


Grilled Asparagus

1 lb fresh asparagus

Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Red Wine Vinegar

Wash the asparagus in cold water and trim the cut end.  Pat dry with a paper towel and lay flat on a plate.  Drizzle with Olive Oil and red wine vinegar.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Place on hot grill and turn frequently for 7-10 minutes or until fork tender.

Red wine is perfect for this dinner.
